Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
